The following applies to all plans:

Compatibility with SIP Trunks not explicitly supported is not guaranteed. All plans can be canceled on a monthly basis. Call-by-call billing is not available. If the billing address is in Switzerland, the price is plus Swiss VAT. For companies in other countries, the reverse-charge mechanism applies. Detailed pricing information can be found in our price list.

 

SIP Trunks

The SIP Trunk has no monthly fee for the first 30 days. Only connection charges apply: Swiss landline: 2.99 rappen/minute; Swiss mobile: 19.9 rappen/minute; international calls starting at 2.99 rappen/minute. For additional call charges, please see our price list. After the trial period ends, the SIP Trunk costs CHF 1.– per month per voice channel. A minimum of 2 voice channels is required.

 

Cloud PBX

The Cloud PBX has no monthly fee for the first 30 days; after that, each user costs CHF 1.–/month for the Basic version, CHF 3.–/month for the Classic version, and CHF 5.–/month for the Pro version.

 

Fair Flat Minute Packages

Calculation examples showing a 69 % savings compared to per-minute billing apply when the included minutes are used optimally.

Fair Flats are add-on options to the SIP Trunk plans. Switching plans is free. Once the included minutes are used up, calls are billed on a per-minute basis according to our price list.

 

Teams Connector

Cloud software subscription for connecting Microsoft Teams to SIP Trunks via Direct Routing. 30 days free, then CHF 10.–/month for 5 users. The product is expanded in increments of 5 users for CHF 10.–/month as soon as the next user threshold is reached. A Microsoft Teams license per user that includes Direct Routing is required (not available for purchase through Easybell).

The calculation example of CHF 2.–/month per user assumes optimal utilization of the license.
