To make full use of Microsoft Teams and make calls via it, every user needs a license for Microsoft 365 or Office 365.
Order Teams Connector
You can simply book the Teams Connector when you order a SIP trunk or activate it as an existing customer in the customer portal.

Prerequisites
To set up the Teams Connector, you need an active (chargeable) SIP trunk, suitable Microsoft licenses and an account with admin rights. As a rule, the (paid) Microsoft Teams Phone add-on is also required to use Direct Routing.

Yes, you can use the Teams Connector to link multiple SIP trunks to Microsoft Teams. The local network of the SIP trunk does not matter - you can, for example, connect several branches to Microsoft Teams and bundle the communication there.

Cloud PBX

Teams Connector:
Cloud software subscription for connecting Microsoft Teams to SIP Trunks via Direct Routing, 30 days free, then CHF 10.–/month for 5 users. The product is then gradually expanded by 5 users for CHF 10.–/month as soon as the next user threshold is reached. A Microsoft Teams license per user that includes Direct Routing is required (not available through Easybell).
The calculation example of CHF 2.– per month per user assumes optimal utilization of the license.
