Please test the phone number on another device. The easiest way to do this is with a softphone on your computer. Please follow these steps:

  1. Download one of the following softphones (programs):
  2. Set up the phone number in the softphone. In our Help section, you’ll find numerous guides on setting up apps and softphones.
  3. Make a call to any external number (e.g., your cell phone number, a friend’s phone number, or a service hotline) and try to reproduce the error using the softphone.

If the call is successful, we know that the issue lies with your other device. This is an important step in pinpointing the source of the problem!
