This process of transferring a number is known as number porting. In this guide, we explain the steps you need to take to port your number.

1. Number porting form

Download the number porting form and fill in the required information.

When completing the form, please ensure that the details match those provided by your previous provider. Otherwise, this may lead to errors and delays in processing your number porting request.

2. Commission the porting

Please scan the fully completed and signed number porting form and send it to the following email address:

support@easybell.ch 

3. Check the number porting request

Easybell will check your details and then initiate the number porting process. We will then forward the form to our pre-porting service provider, Destiny Global Infra Services, who will coordinate the porting with your current provider.

4. Completed port

Once the number porting process is complete, the numbers will appear in your customer portal, and you can assign them to a trunk or the cloud-based telephone system. From that point onwards, you will be able to make and receive calls using these numbers.
