Easybell communicates with you electronically via email or, in urgent cases, by phone. Therefore, it is especially important that you keep your contact information up to date at all times.

1. Access Account Settings

To do this, first log in to your my.easybell.

Then click on your profile in the button left corner and then on "Account settings".

2. Change Information

In the “Company Information” section, you can view your current contact information.

Change account holder & contact person

You cannot change the account holder yourself. This is a sensitive process that requires the contract to be transferred to a new name.

We explain how this works in “Taking over an Easybell account”.

However, you can change the designated contact person for your line.

Change Email Address

You can't update your email address yourself. Instead, please send an email setting out your enquiry to support@easybell.ch .

Change Phone Number

You can also easily update your phone number yourself—just click on “Change Phone Number”.

Change Connection Address

To change your connection address, the new address must be within the same local network .

Provided this condition is met, you can request a change of connection address by emailing support@easybell.ch. Our team will review and process your request.
