1. Open telephone line settings

First, please go to my.easybell.

There, please click on “Telephone line” in the left-hand menu bar.

Alternatively, you can also click on “Manage Phone Numbers” directly in the my.easybell dashboard.

2. Open the connection

In the Overview of connections, please click on the connection whose settings you want to adjust.

3. Change mode

You can now change the extension’s mode here.

To do this, select "Fax2Mail" from the drop-down menu and click "Save."

Then check whether the correct information is entered under "Fax Email Address" and change it if necessary.

4. Check the setup

The overview should now display “Fax2Mail” accordingly.

Note: Please note that the assigned phone number is no longer available for "normal" incoming calls, as the fax service automatically answers the calls. 

Sending Faxes (Web2Fax)

Would you like to not only receive faxes, but also send them? With the online fax feature in my.easybell, you can send faxes directly from the customer portal. This feature is also known as Web2Fax.
